You shall not use this Site for any other purpose, including without limitation, for commercial gain or purposes (unless you have express written authorisation as an account holder to do so by Tourism Transport Limited), or to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation.
You shall not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this Site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment. You shall not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or a program, algorithm, or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process to monitor our site or any data or content found on this Site.

Your ability to amend, cancel and receive refunds in respect of travel purchased or reserved is dependant upon the terms and conditions applied by Tourism Transport Ltd as listed under the Tourism Transport Limited Terms and Conditions. You agree to read and understand these Terms and Conditions and Tourism Transport Limited’s No Show, Cancellation and Refund Policy prior to using this website. In all cases, services booked will be non-transferable and in order to obtain a refund or make an amendment you will need to contact a Tourism Transport Limited agent by telephone (ᄌ-9-522 5100) within the timeframe prescribed therein.
Pricing
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices on this site are inclusive of all taxes including, where applicable, goods and services tax (GST), fuel surcharges, insurance levies, and airport taxes. Further information is available upon request. A $3.00 fee will be chargeable for credit card and non-cash payments made at point of sale with the driver.
Privacy Act
Any personal information that you disclose to us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993 and our Privacy Policy.
Law and Jurisdiction
New Zealand law shall govern all information and travel provided through its Site. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts in respect of the provision of services herein.

When you book or reserve Services on this Site a secure payment method and pathway is used. Tourism Transport Limited makes no warranty in respect of the integrity or effectiveness of this method and has no responsibility or liability for events arising from unauthorised use of the information you provide.
